I can't switch chat rooms
I'm using AOL and the chat won't load
The picture loads but the chat window stays white
The Chat wont load and it says "Internet connection having trouble..." or "waiting for data" in the lower right hand corner of the chat window
I want to enter the chat but I don't see where to enter

A security warning may have popped up when you loaded the chat, asking you to accept or grant the session. If you clicked "no" or just didn't accept it, log out, log back in and be sure to accept it this time. If you're using a MAC, try downloading the newest version of the Safari browser - it should work much better. You can get Safari for the MAC at

Stay logged on to AOL to maintain your Internet connection. Minimize the AOL and open Internet Explorer or Netscape (Look for these browsers in your programs menu or on your desktop). Sign in again using one of these browsers.

It sounds like your browser is toast! Close it and try another browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape). You can also download a newer version of your browser from one of the following websites.

. If you don't want to download a browser, click the back button which will bring you back to the guest book. Make sure to change your chat name - you don't have to fill in the entire guest book again. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on the "HTML Access" button.

A blue enter button will appear at the start of the chat event. Click the "refresh" button in your browser until it appears. You may have your time zones confused. Go to
